These terms apply to purchases of digital products from GetSmartSaver.co.uk (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Our products are digital files (Excel workbooks and PDF ebooks). After successful payment your download links are shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide. Links allow 5 downloads over 7 days; replacements are free on request.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.
Digital content is delivered immediately with your express consent, so the 14-day cancellation right ends when delivery begins — see our Refund Policy, including your rights if a product is faulty or misdescribed.
Each purchase grants a single-user licence: the files are for your personal use on your own devices. Please do not redistribute, resell or share them. Content and design remain our copyright.
Our workbooks and ebooks are educational and organisational tools. They are not regulated financial advice, and no product output is a personal recommendation. Figures such as tax thresholds are checked at publication for the stated tax year but can change; always verify significant decisions against official sources or an FCA-authorised adviser.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the tools, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
